Micro Cut & Finish is a machine micropolishing agent of the latest generation for the permanent removal of polishing veils, holograms, fine scratches and sanding up to 3,000 grit on all (including scratch-resistant) paint systems with simultaneous long-term sealing with a high degree of gloss and smoothness. By using highly specialised, extremely homogeneous abrasive particles, a brilliant and durable high-gloss finish is achieved even on dark and similarly sensitive colours under extreme light conditions. Holograms and fine scratches are mechanically eliminated and not covered, as is often the case. Micro Cut & Finish is economical, easy to polish and wipe off. Recommendation for use
For optimum results, we recommend using our Micro Cut Pad and an eccentric polisher with forced rotation (e.g. Makita PO5000C, highest speed). Alternatively, it is possible to use a rotary polisher in combination with our Micro Cut Pad. Wet dried or new sponges completely with polish before use. Distribute the polish evenly over the surface to be polished with the machine switched off and then polish with moderate pressure in a criss-cross pattern until a transparent film is formed, i.e. until the aluminium oxide contained has completely decomposed. Then polish again with little pressure. Do not use the sponges used for this product alternately for other products. For scratch- and score-free removal of polish residues, we recommend our ultrasonically cut professional microfibre cloth without a chain seam.
